Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Breakroom. If you use Breakroom, you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with your X account or your email. You are responsible for what you do with your Breakroom account.

What you share

• You keep ownership of what you share. You give Breakroom permission to show it to the people who can see your snacks.
• Breakroom has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive people. Do not share or link to illegal content, malware, spam, scams, nudity or sexual content, hate speech, threats, or content that bullies or harasses other people, and do not pretend to be someone else.
• Breakroom is for people 13 and older.

Reporting and blocking

• You can report any answer, comment or account from its ••• menu. Reports are anonymous, except reports about intellectual property.
• We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these terms, and we ban the people who posted it.
• You can block anyone from the same menu. You stop seeing each other’s answers and comments. Unblock them in Settings.

The service

Breakroom is provided as it is, with no warranty. We can change or stop Breakroom at any time. To the extent the law allows, Breakroom is not liable for indirect damages or for lost data.

Changes

We can update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page.
